The US market wanted 16 inch lengths, and Fuelwood has answered with the Splitta 600! Based in the UK, Fuelwood has been manufacturing quality firewood machinery since 1984. Wolfe Ridge has partnered with Fuelwood in early 2024, to bring their machinery to the North American market. The Fuelwood Splitta 600 is now their largest standalone X blade splitter.
The Splitta 600 is fun and easy to operate, with a simple on / off valve. Once the machine is started, the blade cycles and the feed belt and fingers advance automatically. The machine is fully guarded to ensure operator safety when producing uniformly split firewood at a rapid pace.
Currently, this machine will only be offered in auxiliary hydraulic powered configuration. One supply and two return lines required.
We recommend running it with the optional Fuelwood hydraulic power pack – final specs on that power pack to be determined and coming soon*

Shipping
The Fuelwood Splitta 600 ships via partial flatbed / hotshot trucking. Or, if a semi truck can get to your address, we can arrange a shipment with liftgate service. You could also pick up your new machine from the closest Wolfe Ridge dealer. Check out our dealer locator.
Please note:
- If you have a machine shipped via partial flatbed or hotshot, you will need a piece of equipment for unloading. Such as a forklift, tractor or skid steer with pallet forks and sufficient lifting capacity.
- If you have your machine shipped LTL on a pallet, we can also offer optional liftgate service. Your new machine would get unloaded at the end of your driveway closest to the road – provided a semi truck can get to your address.
